Cut-off Time for Same-Day Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (UTC-4) on business days (Monday - Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Additional Shipping Questions

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

Our fulfillers ship only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with separate shipping addresses.

Can I ship to a PO Box or Military APO/FPO?

Yes, you can have your order shipped to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

Note: Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Once your parcel has entered the military area, we will not be able to update the shipping status for security reasons.

Only available for PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO within the United States.

Will VAT taxes be charged?

We do not collect any taxes for international shipping. All taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

VAT charges vary according to the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

All times are estimates and may vary due to production complexity, carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak shopping seasons.
A tracking number is provided via email as soon as your order ships.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may incur higher shipping rates.
Expedited shipping options (where available) can be selected at checkout for faster delivery.
Custom neon signs ship after production and packaging are complete. Large or fragile signs may require extra packing time.
